RESERVATION/EVENT FORM

The Marshall Center for Intercultural Learning is available for student, staff and faculty use. Consider hosting class or club meetings, preparing a meal with friends in our kitchen, or view a film for discussion. We will make every attempt to ensure the center is available for your use.

*Events after 4:30pm typically require the event sponsor to pick up a center key at Public Safety using your email confirmation. This key is to then be returned to the Public Safety department following the event.

Filling out this form does not constitute confirmation. Please do not publicize this event until approved by center staff.

Failure to comply with any of the following requirements will result in a charge to the event sponsor:

All events in the center are to be alcohol-free.

Thank you for leaving the house completely clean and returned to the original condition, including:

* kitchen countertops - wiped clean
* dishes - washed and stored
* garbage - bagged and placed in outside containers
* leftover food should be taken by the event sponsors or disposed of in outside containers.

Please do not tape decorations to the gray walls in the living room.
