Welcome to the student employment web site for the Library and Information Services Division. Each year, more than 200 students are hired to fill a variety of positions, making LIS the largest employer of students at Wheaton. With a strong commitment to effective training, LIS takes pride in fostering an atmosphere that will provide a quality work and learning experience to all of our student employees. For the Academic period between September and May, the majority of open positions are filled during the first two weeks of the Fall Semester, but may be available at other times during the year. Student job opportunities are also available during the non-academic periods of January and the Summer months which may be helpful for students wishing to stay nearby when classes are not in session.
