- The Support Center team is responsible for all the desktop computers on
campus and the standard productivity software supported by the College.
We provide this support to all staff, faculty, and students.
- We can help you learn how to use your computer better, how to utilize
other computer resources, such as email, file servers, peripherals (printers),
dial in access, and software servers.
- We can also help with specific computer problems like "What happened to
my mouse?" and "I can't find the library printer!"

The IT&S Support Center:
Located in the Kollett Academic Computing Center building.

- The Support Center has a friendly environment which supports both Mac and PC Computers.
- The computing center employs a professional staff as well as a student
staff that are happy to answer any questions you have.
- The center is open for over 100 hours each week.
- The Center provides free laser printing for everyone on campus.
- The Center provides Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) at no charge to all students, faculty and staff of Wheaton College.
- Many Macintosh software packages are available over the campus network for any member of the Wheaton Community.

- Convenient place to purchase computers and parts, for Students, Faculty,
Staff and Departments.
CTS Services:
(508) 528-7720 | Hours: Monday and Thursday 11:00AM-1:00PM
- A third party computer repair company comes to campus to service personal
computers owned by students, faculty or staff.
- For a fee CTS will diagnose your computer and repair it, returning it
in three to five days.
